2018 presentation evening
Congratulations go to Adam, Fabian, Sophie, Aaron, Megan, Sam, Will and Ben who all receieved a trophy last night at the kenpo 2018 christmas presentation evening.
The evening was fantastic. A brilliant way to end such an exciting year at the club. Thank you to everyone who helped organise it. Without you guys, the club wouldn’t be such a happy place to train, or as successful as it is.

Junior Black Belt Promotion
Congratulation go to Charlotte, aka Magic, for achieving the highest possible grade a junior black belt can get in Conaghan Kenpo on Tuesday.
Not many junior black belts stick around after they pass their first junior black belt, however Magic not only continues to train at the club, but she has the same tenacity and enthusiasm, she had when she first got her first junior black belt a few years ago.
Well done Magic, your an inspiration to all of us.

Andys black belt grading
Congratulations go to Andy for passing his black belt grading yesterday at the Ashton club. A very impressive feat.

Sensei Roy!
Another black belt grading at the Ashton club today. Congratulations Roy you blitzed it. A massive achievement, and totally deserved. Well done Roy. Thanks everyone for coming to support him.

Junior black belt
On Monday, all Chloes hard work and dedication to kenpo paid off when she got her junior black belt. Congratulations Chloe you did great.

Belated 2nd degree black belt congratulations
Congratulations go to Shihan Pete Turton who got his second degree black belt, about a month ago, for showing outstanding skills in kenpo. A difficult, but excellent achievement.

2016 Presentation Evening Results
We held our annual presentation evening on Saturday.
Category winners were as follows:
The Elaine Byrne Memorial trophy, for overall student of the year: Georgie (from the Ashton club)
Most promising Junior Student of the Year: Archie (from the Wythenshawe club)
Junior Student of the Year: Hannah (from the Ashton club)
Most promising Senior Student of the Year: Andy (from the Ashton club)
Senior Student of the Year: Roy (from the Ashton club)
We would like to thank all the students and their families for their continual support through out the year. A big thanks also goes to everyone who helped organise the evening.

Junior black belt – Magic
Congratulations go to Charlotte (aka Magic) who passed her black belt grading last night in the Tuesday class. Thank you to everyone who came to support her.
Once again thank you to sensei Eddie and his students who gave up their time to help, to Master Peter Turton and Sensei Andrew who also came to assist on the panel.
Charlotte smashed the grading and did fantastic. We are extremely proud of her. As Sensei Eddie pointed out on the night , she is also the youngest junior black belt we have ever had at the club.
Well done Magic, you did ace
